西林瓶液體聯動線設備簡介 Equipment introduction

本機為西林瓶裝線聯動線機組，主要用于2ml-30ml易拉蓋硅硼管瓶的清洗、烘干、灌裝、自動戴蓋，封口。采用供瓶盤供瓶，單道或多道蛟龍進瓶，超聲波清洗采用兩水一氣模式，通過小撥輪送入熱風循環烘箱，灌裝采用蠕動泵或陶瓷泵，灌裝頭采用單頭或者多頭形式，采用理蓋器自動送蓋，三刀式軋蓋，該機組結構緊湊，易于操作。
